Hanford Tank Waste Operations & Closure (H2C)
Anthony (Tony) Miskho is a Program Manager at the Hanford Site for the Hanford Tank Waste Operations and Closure (H2C) contractor. Tony has over 35 years of regulatory experience in Washington State associated with various environmental disciplines with primary focus on EPA’s Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) requirements. Compliance with the RCRA Land Disposal Restrictions (LDR) for treatment and disposal of Hanford tank waste has been Tony’s focus recently with the successful 2,000-Gallon Test Bed Initiative Demonstration LDR treatment variance published in 40 CFR 268.44. The focus is now on the next chapter of Hanford tank waste treatment and disposal, the 200 West Area tank waste.
