Biography

Mr. Lowe has over 40 years of experience in nuclear operations and engineering. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Nuclear D&D for APTIM. He previously served in a variety of positions with Jacobs/CH2M HILL at Dounreay, Hanford, Rocky Flats, and other nuclear projects; Department of Energy Rocky Flats Field Office; Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board; and the Nuclear Navy as a submarine officer. He holds Master of Engineering (ME) and Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees in Chemical Engineering, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a Registered Professional Engineer, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
