A retired USAF Colonel and graduated Senior Materiel Leader with over 27 years’ experience in program management for various Department of Defense, Foreign Military Sales, and Intelligence Community activities in command and control, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, space, cyber, ground integration, operational systems, and operational test. President of Fuse Federal leading the Enterprise and the development of the next generation of pulsed power technologies to improve National Security outcomes in Energy and Defense.
