Biography

I joined Andra in 2001 to perform scientific experimentations in the Meuse /Haute-Marne URL. Trained as a geochemist, I set up in situ diffusion tests in Callovo-Oxfordian clay rock, and interaction tests between materials as iron, glass, cement and the clay for ten years. I then managed the scientific program carried out in the french URL as deputy scientific director. In 2018, I lived scientific direction for operation direction, and head the underground laboratory department. Thus, I am responsible for the operation of the underground installation and all types of excavation works (from microtunnels -representative of HLW storage cells- to large diameter drifts –representative of ILLLW storage cells).
