Biography

Rick is a Senior Engineer at PNNL who has experience in project leadership, RF technology development and applications, and embedded systems design including RF, analog, digital and FPGA-based designs. His projects at PNNL have included RF communications technologies, electric vehicle charging and charging control systems, networking and guiding the delivery of technology needed by other researchers and sponsors.
