Dr. Bynum was part of the team that demonstrated the safety of the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant to the EPA in its first certification of a TRU deep geological repository. He is an experienced and highly successful management and operations professional with a broad range of experiences and abilities covering actinide chemistry, conduct of operations, waste management, weapons engineering and manufacturing, quality, safety, health, security, national security, and program/project management.
