Biography

Mr. Hypes earned a B.S. in Physics from Loyola College in Maryland in 1993, and an M.S. in Systems Research and Development in 2004. His work has focused on documenting and packaging transuranic waste, nuclear facility operations, training, virtual reality, and nondestructive assay of special nuclear materials. He served as an NDA training specialist at the International Atomic Energy Agency from 2005-2007.
