Biography

Bio: Georgia Nicole Kareis (Nikki) Nikki has 16 years of experience in the nuclear industry as a Non-Destructive Examination (X-ray Inspection) specialist. She began her career with VJ Technologies at the Savannah River Site (SRS) as a Real Time Radioscopy (RTR) operator, certified to SNT-TC1A Level II and SME on the WIPP Waste Characterization program. After a short two-year spell with URS, also at SRS, she returned to VJ Technologies where she became the SME Lead Operator for the company at the site. Nikki is now the Field Supervisor of all the company’s NDE/RTR operations throughout the DOE Complex & Radiation Safety Office (RSO) within VJ Inspection Services Inc.
