Biography

Emily Carter is a Mechanical Engineer in the Washington River Protection Solutions Tank and Pipeline Integrity/Tank Monitoring (TAPI/TM) group and has been serving in that role for about two years. Emily supports the Double Shell Tank waste transfer line integrity program by assisting in the ongoing waste transfer line fitness for service assessment. Emily also supports the Single Shell Tank Monitoring program by monitoring the Interstitial Liquid Level within Single Shell Tanks. Emily graduated with her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University of Tri-Cities.
