Biography

Alonso R. Rodriguez is currently a mechanical engineer at Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS). A proud graduate of Washington State University, they were inspired to pursue a career in engineering after being exposed to heavy equipment and vehicle repairs at a young age and being curious about how the world around them works. Prior to working at WRPS, they were a Design and Test Engineer for Triumph Actuation Systems where they were responsible for design and testing of various aircraft hydraulic systems. Some of the companies which they worked with included, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky, Northrop Grumman Virgin Orbit, Blue Origin, and various other aerospace companies.
