Biography

A Consulting Engineer and Senior Health Physicist with Amentum, William Duggan, Ph.D., PE, CHP, has helped government and commercial clients address environmental and operational issues with radiological and hazardous materials for over 35 years. Starting at Amentum legacy company Dames & Moore, his career began with performance assessments for the West Valley Demonstration Project and development of LLRW Compact sites. Recent work has involved investigation, remediation, and restoration of several DOE and USACE sites. Dr. Duggan graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he majored in nuclear engineering, rugby, and rooting for the hockey team.
