Biography

Mr. Willis has worked for approximately 17 years as an environmental scientist and engineer. His breadth of experience includes scores of projects involving testing, designing, building, and operating potable, sewage, and industrial wastewater systems and other environmental sites and facilities in the US and worldwide. His foci with T2S, N3B, and Tetra Tech include water treatment and contaminant monitoring.
