Biography

Lynn Philips has over 25 years in Federal government planning, implementing, and managing Enterprise Geospatial Programs. She holds a Master’s degree in Technology Systems, PMP Certification, and Chief Information Officer Certification. Lynn was awarded the Commendation for Meritorious Civilian Service, and is a recipient of the Special Achievement in GIS (SAG) Award for consolidating GIS systems at several military installations into an Enterprise GIS. Currently, Lynn manages Woolpert’s geospatial technical services and support to DOE LM.
