Biography

Aubrey Litzinger holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Environmental Engineering from Florida International University and was a DOE-EM Fellow from 2020 to 2024. She is now a Senior Staff Engineer at Drummond Carpenter, PLLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), where she supports remediation and nuclear services projects across the U.S. Aubrey’s expertise includes high-performance computing for hydrological modeling near WIPP and SRS, evaluating groundwater recharge, climate impacts, and the stability of historical nuclear waste. She gained valuable experience through internships at Lawrence Berkeley and Los Alamos National Labs, contributing to her innovative approach to environmental engineering challenges.
