Biography

Helen De Guzman holds a position of Laboratory Operations Manager at Axine Water Technologies coordinating the team in process development testing and analyzing data results for PFAS and active pharmaceutical ingredients wastewater treatment. She is also responsible for the quality management system and safety of the company. She has previous experience in analytical instrumentation, method validation, and data analysis in geochemistry laboratory services. Before immigrating to Canada, she worked in the processing and refining of rare specialty metals and its compounds with application in semiconductors, thermoelectric coolers, metallurgy, agriculture, and industrial products. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Adamson University, Philippines.
