Biography

Mr. Orcino is a licensed Environmental Engineer with 28 years of practical experience. His expertise includes contamination assessment, remedial design and construction; operations and maintenance; civil design and construction; geotechnical design; landfill design and construction; firing range design, assessment and remediation; environmental compliance; and health and safety. He has extensive experience in private, municipal, and federal business sectors and has managed programs in excess of $1 billion for the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps. Mr. Orcino is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering and a MS in Geotechnical Engineering.
