Biography

Retired from the DoD after 42+ years, as a research scientist in nuclear and conventional weapons, effects and testing. Advisor on the radiological cleanup of Enwetak Atoll, Bikini Atoll, Johnston Island, and Nevada Test Site. Principal US investigator for proliferation prevention at the Semipalatinsk Test Site, Kazakhstan. Currently consulting to Sandia, Los Alamos and Livermore National Laboratories, DoE and NNSA, and Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
