Biography
Dr. Bailey is a Principal with WSP specializing in the field of human health risk assessment. He has been practicing for over 30 years, initially working as a senior scientist for the Ontario Ministry of the Environment in Canada, and for the past 20 years in the consulting field. During that time he has been involved in a wide range of projects, many involving community outreach and risk communication.
