Biography

Ryan Carter earned his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University in Geology in 2009 and his master’s degree from the University of Montana in Environmental Studies/Geosciences in 2019. He spent three years with Pioneer Technical Services out of Missoula, Montana completing geotechnical evaluations and environmental site assessments throughout Montana. In February 2017, he joined CH2MHill Plateau Remediation Company as a project scientist. He has continued his work as a hydrogeologist at Hanford, Washington, more recently as a project manager for Central Plateau Cleanup Company.
