Biography

Mr. Dogal is a project-oriented engineer with over 5 years of experience in industrial process engineering and environmental remediation projects. His expertise includes planning and implementation of a large-scale U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) remediation and decontamination project. As an Operations Manager, he has been responsible for managing cost and schedule performance; project reporting and planning; environmental characterization and monitoring; contractual compliance; subcontractor management; stakeholder involvement; field oversight and documentation; and project management. As a Chemical Process Engineer at a coke manufacturing facility, he has been responsible for environmental monitoring and reporting; wastewater treatment operations; plant operations and oversight; and staff management.
