Biography

Carl Young is a professional geologist and project manager for RSI, based in Baltimore, Maryland. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Hope College and a Master of Science degree from the University of New Orleans. He has 38 years of experience as a geologist and hydrogeologist, including work in Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. He currently serves as site lead for the long-term stewardship of several sites in the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program for the DOE Office of Legacy Management.
