Biography

Emily is a workforce management and development specialist with extensive experience in the nuclear sector as well as other highly-regulated, safety-critical industries. She has a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology and has presented at conferences on workforce topics during her academic and professional career. Working in both nuclear new build and decommissioning and waste management, Emily is a leading practitioner in strengths-based approaches to workforce attraction, recruitment, development and retention.
