Biography

Stephen Buechi has been with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District, since 1995; first as an environmental engineer, then as a project manager and senior project manager on hazardous, toxic and radioactive waste projects, and currently as the Chief of the Environmental Project Management Section. Stephen has been involved in the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program since 1999, serving as project manager on multiple sites and closely involved in management of the overall program in the Buffalo District and Great Lakes and Ohio River Division.
