Biography

Ms. Wei is the Director of Asset Management for RSI EnTech, LLC, a contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Legacy Management, where she provides property management support associated with legacy land and assets. Prior to her work with DOE, Ms. Wei was a practicing environmental and real estate law attorney with an expertise in complex environmentally impaired property real estate transactions. Her transactional experience includes representing developers, municipalities, nonprofits and other landowners at Superfund sites; former federal facilities, Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) sites; non-CERCLA and RCRA sites; and State Voluntary Cleanup sites (i.e. Brownfields).
