Biography

Darina was born in the beautiful country of Belize. Her education includes a PhD in Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida (2013). Darina currently works for the US Department of Energy Office of Legacy Management (LM). In her post at LM, Darina is the Program Manager for Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP), coordinates Institutional Controls Management and is Subcommittee Chair for the Department’s Long-term Stewardship Working Group Information Management/Geographic Information System Subcommittee. Darina is Presidential Management Fellowship Alumni.
