Biography

Mr. Caballero (Julian) is a registered professional geologist in Florida for RSI EnTech, LLC. He received a B.S. in geology from Louisiana Tech University and an M.S. in geology from the University of South Florida. He has served as site lead and site hydrogeologist for the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Legacy Management, Pinellas County, Florida, site for 23 years. The project focus at this site is remediation of groundwater contaminated by chlorinated solvents and maintaining compliance with the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments corrective action permit.
