Jenny Finfera is a Wildlife Biologist with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service where she is the species lead for Lakeside daisy and copperbelly watersnake. Her responsibilities include monitoring of other federally listed species in Ohio. She is the liaison for Wayne National Forest and acts as the federal trustee for two Natural Resources Damage Assessment cases. Currently Jenny’s priority projects include habitat restoration and management at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, working with USDA on management for nonnative insects, and the Bureau of Land Management on leasing. She enjoys learning about insect species and exploring new monitoring methods.
