Biography

Tom started with Ohio EPA in 1990 following studies at the University of Dayton and Ohio State University. His career has been spent working on the remediation of DOE facilities in Ohio. In 2017, he took the Federal Facilities Program Administrator position within Ohio EPA’s cleanup program. In that position he coordinates Ohio EPA’s remediation oversight program for DoD, DOE, and NASA facilities across the state. During his tenure with Ohio EPA, Tom has participated in a number of national organizations addressing issues related to the remediation of federal facilities and the implementation of new technologies.
