Biography

John Homer is the Director of Site Operations for RSI Entech as a contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Legacy Management. John has over 34 years of experience in CERCLA remediation and the DOE Legacy Management program. John holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Augustana College, a master’s degree in environmental engineering management from the University of Cincinnati and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.
