Dr. Stephen F. Dwyer is the president and principal engineer for Dwyer Engineering. Dr. Dwyer is considered a leading expert in the field of alternative cover systems and monitoring of these cover systems. Dr. Dwyer has a BS/Civil Engineering, MS/Civil Engineering and PhD in Civil/Geoenvironmental engineering, as well as an MBA where he graduated number 1 in his class. Dr. Dwyer has over 35 years of engineering experience featuring alternative covers deployed at multiple hazardous, radioactive, and sanity waste sites.
