Biography

Mr. Collins has 23 years’ experience in radiological and environmental safety and compliance. In this time, he has acquired a vast wealth of knowledge in radiological environmental procedures and regulations as well as in radiological and hazardous material remediation and reclamation operations. He has had the opportunity to supervise and manage projects for some of the country’s premier companies, clients, and agencies in government and private industry. These included the United States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), as well as several branches of the Department of Defense (DOD) including the United States Air Force (USAF), and US Navy.
