Biography

Latrincy Bates is a Physical Scientist at the US Department of Energy. She has been at the DOE for 16 years in the Office of Subsurface Closure. Her background is in Biology, Environmental Science, and Project Management. Her work includes managing the Small Business Innovation Research Program, co-managing the Minority Serving Institutions Partnership Program, and leading the developing of the Tracking Restoration and Closure (TRAC) tool in collaboration with Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
