Biography

Paul has over 30 years of environmental analytical, systems and project experience. His current systems engineering work with N3B at Los Alamos National Laboratory includes collaborating on the development of tools to support assessment of analytical data quality and compliance with analytical laboratory contracts and water quality permits. His environmental laboratory and project experience are utilized to develop and implement project management plans, quality assurance project plans, and analytical data validation procedures that support the cleanup of legacy contamination at Los Alamos. Paul has a B.A. degree in Humanities from Warren Wilson College and an M.E. in Systems Engineering from Colorado State University.
