Biography

Laura Hay is an Engineer at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) working in packaging and transportation. Laura supports the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Packaging and Transportation Division (PTD) and the DOE Office of Storage and Transportation with the Package Performance Project. Laura led the Safety Analysis Report for Packaging (SARP) for the Defense Programs Package (DPP)-3 and supports the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) with their safety basis documentation, as well as working with the NNSA Tritium Modernization Program (TMP).
