Biography

Mr Thomas is the Manager of the Used Fuel Management Department at Idaho National Laboratory. He attended Georgia Tech, where he earned his BS and MS in Nuclear Engineering. His 32+ years of experience in the nuclear industry includes work for storage and transportation cask vendors, fuel vendors, and DOE contractors, including 13 years on the Yucca Mountain Project in the Waste Package and Engineered Barrier areas.
