Biography

A Characterisation Specialist with extensive experience in the nuclear industry, in operational, management and specialist consultancy roles. Work has included development of site wide Management System processes and procedures for development of Characterisation Strategies and Characterisation Plans. Experienced in all aspects of Characterisation implementation, including calculational methods, Non-Destructive Analysis methods, as well as sampling combined with Destructive Analysis methods. Familiar with national and international Characterisation legislation, standards and industry good practice. A regular contributor to UK national cross-industry expert forums, sharing knowledge and experience on Characterisation practices.
