Biography

Jean LeClair is an experienced regulatory affairs manager with over thirty years experience in the nuclear industry. He has experience in nuclear waste management and decommissioning across multiple waste streams including legacy wastes from uranium and radium processing facilities, uranium mines and mills, nuclear research sites and nuclear power plants. In particular, Mr. LeClair has experience in application of clearance of wastes for unconditional and conditional re-use, recycle and disposal.
