Biography

Mr. Royce has 34 years of experience in the field of nuclear science with extensive expertise in nondestructive assay (NDA) measurements using gamma-ray and neutron techniques. His skills include performing nuclear measurements using gamma ray and neutron measurement instrumentation in situ and ex situ; writing computer programs to interface NDA instrumentation for acquisition, analysis, and reporting using Hold-up Measurement System 4 (HMS4), Genie2K, In Situ Object Calibration Software (ISOCS), GammaVision, ISOTOPIC, FRAM, and MCNP code; and data manipulation, reporting, and presentation using SAS and Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint. He has also authored and presented several papers.
