Biography

Ozma is NUVIA's Director for Waste Management and Decommissioning and leads on the company's business growth strategy development and implementation for the civil nuclear sector. Prior to joining NUVIA, Ozma gained experience of a range of roles including Technical Leader, Programme Manager, Head of Business Development and Six Sigma black belt leader. Ozma has a PhD in physics and has worked in the nuclear industry for over 20 years, with 6 years prior in the manufacturing sector and has managed a wide range of teams with from varying technical and non-technical backgrounds.
