Biography

Dr. Frank Allison, CEO of FIS360 Ltd, is an expert in the commercialisation of early stage technologies. He has developed and delivered innovation programmes including Sellafield’s Game Changers innovation programme. Frank has over 25 years’ experience commercialising early stage technologies into a wide range of sectors. He spent 10 years working at University of Manchester Intellectual Property (UMIP), with responsibility for commercialising spin-out companies, and licensing technologies. He has also worked in the Middle East to establish a technology transfer business unit and innovation investment fund. Frank spent many years working in industry and now mentors early stage companies and sits on several innovation committees.
