Biography

Dr Martin Brandauer is a Principal Technical Leader of the Remediation and Decommissioning Technology Program at Electric Power Research Institute. A German and Brazilian national, Dr Brandauer has over 15 years of experience in the nuclear field having worked in new builds (thermohydraulics) and specializing in decommissioning research and development from 2012 onwards. Before EPRI, he worked 4 years in France at the OECD - Nuclear Energy Agency as a senior technical specialist and has been program manager in the German federal “Nuclear Waste Management, Safety and Radiation Research Program” of the Helmholtz Association at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
