Biography

Ms. Barr is a Senior Risk Analyst at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission with over 20 years experience in reviews of dose assessments to demonstrate compliance with radiological criteria for license termination and review of performance assessments for radioactive waste disposal. Ms. Barr is also responsible for development of decommissioning guidance related to radiological surveys and dose assessment. Ms. Barr is also the chair of the Nuclear Energy Agency’s Working Party on the technical, environmental and safety aspects of decommissioning and legacy management (WPTES).
