Biography

I have been the Director of the LILW Operation Department in the Korea Radioactive Waste Agency since 2023. I worked for 27 years in strategy, planning, international cooperation, public acceptance, site selection, construction, and operation of nuclear power plants and RWM facilities. I finished my MBA at Hanyang Cyber University and received my master's degree. I studied at the Graduate School of Chonnam National University in architectural engineering. I studied at the UNIST Graduate School of Technology and Innovation Management. I started my career in 1996 at a nuclear power plant. I have been awarded the Minister of Trade, Industry, and Energy Award three times concerning RWM, etc.
