Biography

Gina Fisher is a Senior Manager in Accenture Federal Services' (AFS) Strategy and Consulting practice. She specializes in Federal Human Capital, leading the Human Capital offering for AFS's Cyber practice and Department of Energy account. She brings her expertise to federal defense, civilian, and public safety clients through strategic planning, workforce transformation, business process improvement, and change management. She currently supports several facets of the Department of Energy, including the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and the Under Secretary for Infrastructure (S3).
