Biography

Dr. Rush brings a balance of Python expertise, research experience, field insights, and leadership skills to projects at the intersection of water science and society. With eight years of experience building, coupling, debugging, and interpreting results from numerical models describing groundwater flow and transport, surface water flow, snowpack accumulation and ablation, and the ground surface energy balance (e.g., FEHM, MODFLOW, PFLOTRAN, PRMS, ParFlow, GSFLOW, Utah Energy Balance), he is an expert in physics-based modeling of environmental processes.
