Biography

Linda Suttora retired after 30 years of working on radioactive waste management technical, policy, and regulatory issues. Linda has been involved in many important aspects of the management of radioactive waste at the Department of Energy, including being an author of the DOE Order regulating radioactive waste, leading the revision of that Order, and implementing the regulatory process for managing certain former reprocessing wastes as LLW. Linda is now consulting on the safe management of LLW and LLW disposal and radioactive waste regulations.
