Biography

Mr. Letourneau has a master’s degree in energy and environmental public policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and over 30 years of experience in both public and private environmental management. Mr. Letourneau retired from the DOE Office of Environmental Management’s Office of Environmental Compliance in 2014. His technical proficiencies are in DOE and commercial waste management, including under the Atomic Energy Act (AEA), DOE Order 435.1, and Section 3116 of the Ronald W. Reagan National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005; and, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) impact analyses, compliance, and document preparation.
