Biography

Kristina Kristofova, PhD. has been working in the field of decommissioning since 1999 with a background in reactor technology and radioactive waste management. Currently she is a freelance consultant in her KIND Consultancy company. Her main services include facility inventory database development, dose rate calculations, review and development of safety documentation for operation and decommissioning of nuclear facilities. She provides technical support for the nuclear regulatory authority, lecturing services for IAEA expert missions and training courses and has a cooperation with the Institute of Nuclear and Physical Engineering of the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava.
