Biography

Mr. Fountain holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University. He currently conducts research and manages projects as a Senior Chemical Engineer/Technical Advisor in the Experimental and Computational Engineering Group at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland, Washington. Mr. Fountain holds expertise in the field of nuclear waste processing, uranium oxide (UO2)-based fuel fabrication, nuclear tank waste sampling, microchannel heat exchange design and fuel-reforming catalysis.
