Pacific Northwest National Laboratory
Dr. Courtney Bottenus is a Research Chemical Engineer at PNNL, where she primarily works to identify and resolve technical gaps and opportunities associated with supporting the long-term Hanford Mission, including hydrogen gas generation, respirator cartridge evaluations, and integrated flowsheet. Courtney spent 10 years in industry focusing on two-phase cooling systems for commercial and government applications before transitioning to academia where she focused on physical properties, two-phase phenomena, and particle phase pollution. Courtney has spent the last 7 years at PNNL working with stakeholders and in the laboratory to help resolve technical gaps and realize opportunities towards long-term mission success.
